- Orders can be placed on line or over the phone.
- Order on line and we will call you to confirm your order and get your credit card number. For security reasons, no credit card numbers will be taken through on-line orders.

- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- How soon will I receive my order?
- All orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 3 days.
- What happens if an item is unavailable?
- We will contact you if an item is on backorder and when that item is expected to be in stock. You can then decide if you would like to wait or cancel that item.

- How much is shipping?
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00. There is a $5.00 shipping fee for orders under $100.00
- What happens if I go over my allowance?
- If your purchase will go over your available balance, please supply us with a personal credit card to charge the remaining amount.
- How do I check the balance on my postal credit card?
- Please call CitiBank at 1-800-287-5003 to verify your card is activated and your current balance.
- Do you perform alterations on your garments?
- Yes we do. There is no charge to hem pants, shorten shorts, or sewing of patches. For others services, please call us for current prices.
- Do you charge sales tax?
- We charge sales tax only to California customers (which is 8.25%). There is no tax on items purchased with a government, postal credit card.
- What is your return policy?
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 30 days.
